At Best Sheet Metal, Inc., we stand behind the quality of our home fabrication products and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, uninstalled condition. Please note that custom-cut orders and modified metal sheets are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the metal components in their original industrial packaging to prevent bending or scratching during transit, clearly marking the RMA on the outside.
Ship the Item
Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the product is free of damage or modifications, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
